5 minutes per bicycle, we have a maisonette (two floors) with three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are available, preferably for female students, as the other tenant is a woman as well. International students welcome!
The maisonette is fully furnished and equiped, litterally turnkey. Dishwasher, tv, washing machine, bed linen etc. etc. Just bring your own clothes!
The three bedrooms and the bathroom (shower plus wash basin) are on the first floor. Downstairs you have the shared kitchen, living room and toilet, plus a balcony.
On the ground floor there is a separate space for storage and bicycles.
Cost: the smaller room (9m2 appr.) € 530, the bigger one (12m2 appr.) € 550 per month. Additional is €40 per room for electricity, gas, water and internet.
